CEO of Tecnica MP S.r.l., one of the most established and well-known Italian structural diagnostics applied to civil engineering companies, he is also National Secretary of CODIS – the Italian Control, Diagnostics and Safety of Structures, Infrastructure and Cultural Heritage Association - Certified bridges, viaducts & tunnels Inspector, Technical instructor for non-destructive testing and monitoring in civil engineering and cultural heritage protection.

Architect, graduated in Planning & Architecture at the University "La Sapienza”, Rome Italy, he has been practicing as a freelancer since 1982. His professional career includes a significant experience in the monuments’ restoration and in the recovery of buildings damaged by seismic events in Central-Southern Italy of the past decades, as well as leading major projects of low environmental impact and high energy performance buildings and developments. He acts even as a member of the permanent Civil Protection Presidium at the National Architects and Planners Association, Rome and other professional associations dedicated to quality and environmental respect in sustainable urban development processes. He is also an expert in Building Sites Health & Safety.

Engineer, graduated in Civil Structural Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy, has been a freelance professional since 1993. He has extensive experience in anti-seismic structural design and in the materials technology (reinforced concrete, steel and wood) of buildings and infrastructures, as well as in the structural reinforcement & adaptation of historical monuments. He has numerous project management roles, including very complex ones. He has held and continues to hold a lot of study seminars, to name a few: “Structural criticality – an example of a study in the center of Rome” University “La Sapienza”, Rome, 2012; “Architecture and earthquakes”, Istituto De Merode, Rome, 2016; speeching at the 14th National Conference on Wind Engineering, 3rd day, IN-VENTO 2016. He has been adviser for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic as Delegate Commissioner for the 2009 Rome Swimming World Championships. He has carried out and currently carries out even a consolidated activity as a consultant for prominent qualified public Institutions such as: Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Culture, Efibanca S.p.A., Comando Generale dei Carabinieri, Public Works Department of Lazio, Municipality of Rome and other Italian Municipalities.

In the past he has collaborated with many important Italian engineering companies highly specialized in seismic structures and infrastructures design. With an extensive experience in the design and management of various kind of projects and materials (reinforced concrete, steel and wood), he is highly qualified in use of software design packages and the analysis of engineering projects. He has gained a strong expertise in the field of both static and seismic consolidation design of existing masonry buildings, special and deep foundations, reclamation and demolition in large abandoned industrial areas, construction site planning, even on protected buildings. He mainly deals with structural seismic design calculations for new structures and infrastructures and improving and adapting of existing ones.
